Arriving & Departing

Arrival
Arrival for Mines Students will be on Sunday, May 14th at 2:00pm. If you are a current resident on-campus you may stay in your spring room assignment until May 14th. Check-In will be located at the Weaver Towers Main Lobby. 

Arrival for any resident outside of the above dates and times are below:

  • Monday thru Friday 8am-8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 4pm-8pm
  • If your arrival is outside of the above dates and times you will need to stay in a local hotel for the evening. 

Arrival for Non-Mines Affiliated(not an academic year student) residents will be on Friday, May 19th 8am-8pm and Saturday, May 20th from 8am-8pm in the Weaver Towers Lobby.

Acquiring a Blastercard
Blastercards can be obtained from the Campus Living Office(1795 Elm St., Golden, CO).
Departure
  • Please Check the approved dates on the Summer Housing Dates Page
    • Affiliated Non-Mines Students must depart no later than July 30th 
    • Mines Students my stay no later than August 5th(unless you are living with Residence LIfe in Fall 2017)
  • Fill out the Departure Request Form(see below)
  • An express check-out form is the preferred option 
  • Departures may be scheduled in person, if needed, but must be scheduled 72 hours in advance.
